S.A.I.L. – The Ocean County Library Lets Teens Take Over!

Are you too old for summer camp,
but too young to work?

The Ocean County Library can help!

Teens can S.A.I.L. through the summer with an opportunity to serve their community while learning and having fun at the same time:

  • Learn about the library
  • Serve your community
  • Gain valuable job experience
  • Work with children
  • Make friends

The teen volunteer program, “Service and Achievement in the Library,” is offered to Ocean County teens that have completed 7th grade.

Many of the 21 branches of the Ocean County Library will be participating in S.A.I.L. Each branch has its own unique program. Contact your local branch for application deadlines and additional information, and view the applications below!
