The System will be closed on Sunday, April 1 (Easter), and Sunday, May 27 (Memorial Day Weekend).
There will be three floating holidays for full-time staff for:
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - January 15 (Monday)
- Lincoln’s Birthday - February 12 (Monday)
- Veteran’s Day - November 11 (Sunday)
Seven Branches (Barnegat, Brick, Jackson, Lakewood, Manchester, Stafford and Toms River) will be open on Thanksgiving Friday, November 23.
The Toms River Branch will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31 for the Halloween parade.
The Library System will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21 and Monday, December 31.
